What cookies are

A cookie is a small file a website saves on your device so it can recognise your browser on the next page or the next visit. Some are set by us, some by services we use. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, and everything here applies to those too.

What we use them for

Strictly necessary

These make the store work and cannot be turned off. They keep the items in your cart, keep you signed in after you enter your one-time code, remember your language and direction, and protect against fraudulent requests. Without them you cannot place an order.

Preferences

These remember choices you have made, such as whether you are browsing in Arabic or English, so you do not have to set them again.

Analytics

These tell us, in aggregate, which pages people open and where they run into trouble. We use that to fix the store, not to identify you personally.

Marketing

These may be used to measure whether an advert brought someone to the store and to avoid showing the same advert repeatedly. They are only used where you have agreed to them.

Cookies set by others

Some cookies come from services we rely on rather than from us — our store and hosting platform, and any analytics or advertising tool we have enabled. Those providers set and read their own cookies under their own policies.

How to control cookies

You can delete cookies already stored and refuse new ones from your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site settings. This works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge and Samsung Internet, on both phone and computer.

Be aware that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart and sign-in, so you will not be able to complete an order.

Browsing in a private or incognito window keeps cookies only for that session and clears them when you close it.

Changes
